Your mission

Lead challenging projects with a focus on developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies and transformative process solutions from S2C to P2P.
Develop tailored strategies for process optimization and digitalization in procurement and purchasing.
Advise clients at management level on digitalizing their procurement processes and supply chains.
Consult on the implementation and integration of leading technologies (e.g., Ivalua, Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa, SAP).
Lead and develop project teams, including mentoring and coaching consultants.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships - from initial contact through successful project implementation to follow-up support.
Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to shaping our company strategy.

Your profile

Successfully completed degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or comparable) with excellent academic performance.
Proven success in leading projects in process optimization and digitalization.
Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management at top management level.
Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
5-8 years of professional experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge in e-procurement, procurement solutions, and relevant technologies (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or comparable solutions).
Business fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for taking responsibility in a dynamic environment.

Deine Aufgaben

Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Einkaufsstrategien und transformativen Prozesslösungen von S2C bis P2P.
Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Strategien zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung im Bereich Beschaffung und Einkauf.
Beratung von Kunden auf Managementebene bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Einkaufsprozesse und Supply Chains.
Beratung bei der Implementierung und Integration führender Technologien (z. B. Ivalua, Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa, SAP).
Führung und Entwicklung von Projektteams, inklusive Mentoring und Coaching von Consultants.
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen – vom Erstkontakt über die erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung bis zur Nachbetreuung.
Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und aktive Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie.

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbar) mit exzellenten akademischen Leistungen.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung.
Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und im Stakeholder-Management auf Top-Management-Ebene.
Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich e-Procurement, Beschaffungslösungen und relevanter Technologien (z. B. SAP MM, P2P, S2C, S2P).
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Reisebereitschaft und Lust darauf, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
