sourcera.ai is a new digital venture incubated by vanlaack partners, a consulting firm specialized in procurement strategy and digital transformation. While our dedicated website is still in development, all roles are listed here during our build-up phase.

Your mission

We’re looking for a Back-End Developer to help us bring our platform to life — someone who can build robust services and data flows with autonomy and purpose.

You will:

Design and develop modular, scalable APIs using Node.js / Express
Build secure, reliable data pipelines and integrations with third-party procurement systems
Help define and maintain our MongoDB-based data architecture
Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver complete feature sets
Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and cloud infrastructure (Azure-based)
Shape backend architecture as we move from MVP to scale

You’ll be part of a focused team that values clean code, pragmatic decisions, and shared ownership.

Your profile

3+ years of backend development experience (ideally in Node.js)
Confident designing APIs, data models, and scaling backend systems
Experience with MongoDB, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable in a cloud-native environment (Azure preferred)
Exposure to procurement tech, enterprise systems, or AI use cases is a plus
Based in Germany or a CET-friendly timezone; German fluency is a bonus
